The only good thing was the lone staff member, Apple, who helped us as best she could and served a nice breakfast. I would have given this place a second chance, but the completely inappropriate and neglectful behavior of the management ensured that I will never go again.
Beautiful Inn with an amazing view. Ive been here many times and ive always been more then satisfied with the experience. I would highly recommend this to friends and family as a great place to get away and relax.
Booked two nights here through Expedia. The room they gave us was completely different from the Royal Suite pictured on the booking page. Management was nowhere to be found and could not be contacted. I was never called back by any of the managers I called, and Expedia could not reach them until a week later. No recourse, discount, or even an apology was made.
The room we ended up getting was the Winemaker Suite. The floors were so dirty that even 5 seconds of walking on them would lead to filthy feet and socks. Half of the outlets and switches did not work. The furniture was old and worn, the paint was peeling, and the decor of the place in general was like things were randomly placed together with no thought (e.g., a table surrounded by stools that are taller than the table, harsh modern colored lighting over traditional decorations).
Pros: Pretty setting, friendly staff, wine tasting and hot breakfast included.
This inn is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. I stayed here with my wife and baby on a trip to New York and we can't wait to go back. it was the perfect getaway. The atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious, luxurious and extremely clean. The owner Ted and his son James were so welcoming and friendly to us. Ted showed us around the whole place and made us feel right at home. Overall we had an amazing experience and will definitely be going back.
Overall a decent value since we booked for only $85 through Expedia.
What a cool and eclectic place. I booked what I thought was a normal hotel. When I go there it was an incredible BnB. The place is amazing and beautiful. Set on winery/farm with a pond, pool, jacuzzi, music playing etc... My room was incredible with 2 sofas, a fire place, a grand piano, king sized bed, beautiful art work. The service was also top notch, being served by a wonderful woman named, Apple. I cant wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone! Thank you.
Cons: Room seemed not insulated at all, everything could be heard (from conversations to snores) from adjoining rooms, vineyard was overgrown and unkempt, hot tub was not open despite being the perfect (fall) time of year, no thermostat in room for temperature control, bedroom fireplace didn't work.
